Our story

A family legacy of service, turned into an organisation.

Founded on service.

Arcem was founded on a lifelong commitment to public service and the first responders who carry it out. That commitment is not abstract. It was lived, in a family where service and sacrifice were simply how you showed up for others.

Co-founder Chris is a former first responder and a US Marine Corps veteran. He builds Arcem with his brother and co-founder, John Paul.

They come from a multi-generational military family. Their grandfather served 37 years in the US Army and retired as Command Sergeant Major. Their father served in the US Coast Guard. An uncle served in the US Air Force. A brother serves in the National Guard today.

That upbringing, rooted in service and sacrifice, became the foundation for everything Arcem stands for. It taught a simple lesson. The people who protect others deserve to be protected in return.

Arcem was built to carry that lesson forward. We bring public, private and nonprofit partners together for lasting community impact, and to stand behind the first responders, families and communities at the centre of it.
